More and more, the concept of “multiple personalities,” has evolved from the notion of a pathological state, to more of an idea of a normal human condition. “Induction” suggests that perhaps the key to getting along with others, rests with our capacity to get along with our SELVES. The play asks the question “What is more dangerous than an incompetent psychologist, armed with the ability to induce hypnotic trances on innocent people?”
